Order Status

Check on the status of your orders by visiting our Order Status page.

When you click on the Order Status page, you will be prompted to log in with your username and password. An order summary page will provide you with detailed information about your current order or past orders.

Order Tracking

To track your order, you can access the Order Status page.

Tracking information is normally updated daily, but please allow for some delays as we obtain this information from third party sources which may experience occasional delays in updating their own systems with timely tracking information.

Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons.  Some reasons include:

• Item(s) not available.
• Difficulty in processing payment information.
• Cannot ship to address provided.
• Duplicate order was placed.
• Cancelled due to customer request.

If order is cancelled, an important notice regarding the cancellation will be sent by e-mail, which will explain the reason for the cancellation.  Customer will not be billed for any cancelled orders.
